Laura and Tim are a Hendersonville based Blues-Rock and RnB duo. Born from Laura and Tim’s shared love of classic rock and motown, the Hendersonville native duo began playing in local breweries, wineries and restaurants, offering their interpretations of classic hits and lesser known deep tracks from the artists and bands that inspired them. Soon after, the duo was joined by drummer Ross Marnock, and the trio began sharing their own original material, inspired by classic motown as well as the recent neo-soul movement. Pulling from a diverse range of styles and bands, from Earth Wind and Fire to Dire Straits, the group’s covers and original music showcase the range and purity of Laura’s voice as well as the ingenuity of Tim’s guitar playing, set to the rocksteady rhythm of Ross Marnock’s drums.
