Longtime Asheville-based folk country soul crooner Laura Blackley returns to Hendersonville with bandmates Ian Harrod (bass, vocals) and Josh Gibbs (lap steel).

Blackley returns to more extensive gigging and writing tunes after doing a stint at the area’s favorite roots radio station, 88.7 WNCW FM where she was a beloved host of various programs for almost seven years. She (and sometimes the mates, too) have enjoyed such recent high-profile regional gigs as Jack of the Wood, Asheville’s Downtown After 5, and the upcoming Asheville Barnaroo.
