Really looking forward to bringing my Quartet back to Southern Appalachian Brewery on Friday December 6! This music project is an offshoot of what I do when I go on tour and is centered around Harmonica driven Blues. Helping me out on the sixth will be longtime Hendersonville/ Brevard guitar ace Howie Johnson who’s skill on both standard and slide guitar is well known. Pretty good singer too! Rhythm section for my Quartet is Tim McCall on Bass, Tim is known for his Bass duties in Bill Mattocks and The Strut and his recent Guitar work with the Rich Nelson Band out of Tryon. Marc Friedlander will be rounding out the Quartet on drums…Marc also plays in The Strut, The Blake Ellege Band, The Country Resonators and a few other projects around the area…He is much in demand and I’m happy to have him on board with my Project.
