As you may have heard, House Bill 98 was signed into law last Friday! We would like to thank Representative Chuck McGrady for his efforts to get this new legislation passed. It’s very rewarding to see our government working to help small businesses such as ours.

We are still awaiting clarification from the NC ABC Commission in order to determine exactly how/when this bill will affect us. In the meantime, we will continue to operate as a Private Club.

Membership is easy: simply submit an application form (available on our website and at the brewery), along with a valid ID, and $1.00 for annual dues.

In the 5 weeks we’ve been open, we have already welcomed 1,300+ members to the Tasting Room! Thank you all for your continued support and of course, for your love of craft beer!
